Monthly Rates for Non-Shared Space begin at $375.00. Please speak directly with a representative to get a quote for your specific needs if you need more days and times.
Daytime and evening slots are available. Customized packages available and monthly rates will reflect your needs. Additional fees may apply for equipment storage when applicable. When scheduling your time slot, please indicate two preferences for your day(s) and time(s), how many people in your band, and any special arrangements you may need. At this time, we do not accept heavy metal bands due to the noise level that usually comes with that style of playing. Rates and availability are subject to change at any time.
Musicians, artist, producers, music instructors, and the like are all welcome. Please check for the most recent availability. Terms and agreement are flexible to suite your needs.
What am I paying for ?
Practice/Artist Space Information
You're paying monthly for the use of commercial space. There are no additional fees for months that contain 5 weeks, or to use the following items listed below (if needed):
***(1) Standard Pearl drum kit MUST bring your own snare, pedal, and cymbals. (sorry, I've had people break those things up in the past)
***(1) Roland KC-100 Instrument Practice Amp.
***(1) Small PA Set-Up
***Or, the room will just be empty.
***Utilities included unless otherwise noted.
This is a professional place of business that will not tolerate drinking, drugs, loitering, or any illegal activities while on the premises.

are $23.50 per hour, and are subject to avaialability on a first come, first served basis. There is a 2-hour minimum for hourly booking.
